平日の有休を頂き、レビュアーさんから絶賛されたこちらの店を予約し訪問した。技術の差が出る内臓系の料理にスポットを当て手強い食材を本場仕込みの技と手間をかけ、さりげなく提供する隠れ屋的なビストロと言われている。
1,800円のショートコースは平日のみの提供らしく、前菜の盛り合わせとメインだけの構成で、バケットついていないのが要注意だ。
本日の前菜の盛り合わせは生ハム、キャロットラペ、グリーンサラダ、レンコンとキノコの和えもの、ミニトマト、芥子入りサワークリーム(?)。どれも手の込んだ作りで少しずつ色々楽しめるのが嬉しい。
メインはハラミのグリル ルッコラソースを選んだ。お見事なミディアムレアの火入れでぷりぷりした食感、一口噛んでみたら上質な肉汁が溢れ出る。赤身牛肉の本来の旨みを存分に楽しめる。ルッコラソースも過度に主張せずちゃんと肉の良さを引き立てている。
付け合せの焼き野菜はなす、カブ、ズッキーニ。こちらもまたジューシーで良い脇役。
追加200円で自家製のパンを頂いた。
非常に柔らかくてもっちりしたフォカッチャで、まるで蒸しケーキのような食感!
試し感覚のショートコースとはいえ、それぞれの料理の印象が強く残り、シェフの腕の凄さが分かる。絶対リピートしたいお店です。
