扉を開けると、店内は更に！素敵な雰囲気で古き良きアメリカをイメージされてるみたいです♪

もう至福の美味しさ！
さらに店名が焼印されたサンドイッチは絶品でした。
野菜やお米にもこだわりが凝縮されていて
契約農家さんから、その日の美味しい野菜達が届くそうです♪
そして、近江牛のしゃぶしゃぶは忘れられない味になりました
いよいよ楽しみにしていた近江牛のTBoneです。フィレとサーロインとランプ肉と
取り分けていただけます。
グリルで焼かれる為、脂も程よく落ち
肉の旨味が凝縮されていて美味さ最高！
コースの途中に鮮魚や箸休めなど、お肉を
美味しく食べる事へのこだわりに感銘。
最後にお土産を頂けるんですが
近江牛のルーロウ飯 コレが凄い！
美味しいんです♪ 次の日まで楽しめるなんて コスパが凄すぎて感動です♡
オープンキッチンのパフォーマンスに見惚れてスタッフの方のギャップの優しさに癒されて素敵な空間で、美味しい料理と素敵な時間を過ごす事が出来ました。
