Omi beef T-BoneSteak was made possible with the cooperation of producers and butchers. Normally, there are many buyers for Wagyu beef, so there is no need to go through the trouble of producing T-bones. However, we wanted people to enjoy the T-bone, where you can enjoy juicy sirloin and light fillet at the same time, so we spent two years successfully working with the ranch. Enjoy Steak, which is grilled on a custom-made charcoal grill and smoked with charcoal to bring out its aroma.

TheRareTour is a historic event that aims to provide gourmet meat lovers from all over the world with the cuisine of the world's top 101 chefs. Space【THEHIDEAWAYFACTORY】Design
The interior design was created by the designer of ``THE HIDEAWAY FACTORY'', who created the entire store using DIY techniques, just as he envisioned it. Inspired by speakeasies from the Prohibition era in America. At the time, when drinking alcohol was illegal, the entrance was camouflaged in various ways. A completely private room with a separate door is a strong reflection of this. Surrounded by antiques, the space is as stylish as ever, making visitors feel as if they have wandered overseas.
