Others “Real Bellota” delivered from Spain, Habco Village
The pigs we use in our store are Iberian pigs raised without stress on a vast 45,000 hectares of land owned by Consorcio de Habco in Spain. There is also a rank for Bellota, which is considered to be the highest quality, and is made from 100% Iberian pig blood, and the acorn trees used as food are over 200 years old. The nutritional value varies depending on the age of the tree. At our store, we use "Real Bellota", which is only 2% of the Iberico pork.

Our shabu shabu is served with Japanese-style soup stock and yuzu pepper instead of ``ponzu sauce'' or ``sesame sauce.'' Since its founding, the owner has made improvements to match the sweetness and flavor of Iberian pork every morning.
