イベリコ豚のしゃぶしゃぶは、甘くて本当に美味しい！
担当してくださった美人スタッフさんの対応もとても良かったです。

普通にヘルシーで美味しい。

ゆったりとした席と、料理も優しい味で堪能しました。
とにかくイベリコ豚が美味しく、特にカルパッチョとしゃぶしゃぶ鍋はお薦めです。しゃぶしゃぶ鍋の締めはやはりラーメンで。
自由ヶ丘のはずれ。出汁は旨い。ブタはイベリコらしいが、熱が入ると縮むので食べごたえがなく、日本のブタで切り身を大きくした方が満足感が得られるかも。店はスタッフ感じ良く、頑張ってるのが伝わって来る。
