【D'OROTORITSUDAI】 After [D'OROHATSUDAI], owner and chef Sho Mogami's third restaurant is an innovative countermain centered on fishing fish and handmade pasta. "Of course, it's delicious, but I want you to enjoy Restaurants," says Sho Mogami, who will be serving dinner only on Fridays and Saturdays at Arcon.
ChefChef Hayato Ogura
After working as a Self-Defense Force officer for seven years, he worked as a sous chef at restaurants such as Tuscany, Italy and Ristorante Yamazaki, before moving to D'OROHATSUDAI. He has been active as the head chef since the launch of Arcon in August 2022. Handmade pasta and risotto are one or two of the best among the three restaurant stores.
ChefChef Hidetoshi Kakimoto
A chef who has traveled all over the world, including France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal. In Japan, he has served as head chef at restaurants such as Yokohama Cambuza, and with his knowledge and experience in cooking, he is good at cooking all genres from modern to classic.
