We had a drinking party in Shimokitazawa at a restaurant with high reviews on Tabelog. There are reasonably priced courses, including an all-you-can-drink course for 4,000 yen. It cost about 3,700 yen per person for 6 people to order whatever they wanted and have 3 drinks. The conversation progressed and we had a drinking party with limited alcohol consumption.
