代々木公園にあるMUGEさん。
今年の7月にオープンしたばかりのお店。
コース•アラカルトどちらでも対応していただけるカウンター割烹料理屋さんです。（テーブル席も少しあるよ♀️）
今回はアラカルトで食べたいものをいただきました。
〜いただいたもの〜
•和牛すじと九条葱の煮込み

•メンチカツ
•肉厚しいたけ焼
•ブリ大根
•完一やさいの前菜盛り
•きのこ雑炊
アラカルトって自分の食べたいものや分だけ食べられるからお客側としては嬉しいけれど、その分お店側の仕込みとか大変だし、全部が美味しいってなかなか難しいかなって思いましたが、MUGEさんでいただいたお料理は本当にどれもとっても美味しかったです✨
個人的◎は、牛すじと九条葱、ブリ大根でした。
牛すじはとろっとろで、味付けもとってもいい感じ飲み干したいこの汁。
ブリ大根は、骨まで食べれますとご紹介いただき、本当に柔らかかったです。味付けも濃すぎず薄すぎずですごく好き。
名物のメンチカツは中に有馬山椒が入っていて、良いアクセントになっていました〜♀️
ある材料の中で食べたいもの言ってくれたら作りますよ〜というお店の方のご好意に甘え、きのこ大好きと言ったら、〆のきのこ雑炊を作っていただきました美味しかったなぁ〜
お酒も少し飲んで大体1人7000円いかないくらい！
アラカルトのメニューも本当に豊富で、かつ定期的にメニューも少しずつ変えていっているんだって！
お店の雰囲気もとても良い上に店主さんも優しくて、定期的に訪問したい素敵なお店でした。
