2023年9月にオープンしたイタリアン。シェフはリナシメント等でシェフを勤めた小川氏。支配人は、アイコニック（ひらまつ）、カゲロウプリュス、リース等で支配人を勤めた方。ある意味で、2000年代前半のレアルマドリーの銀河系軍団が田舎に凱旋したような感じ。
その銀河系軍団が作り出す一品一品は、完成度は高いし、なにより悶絶級に美味しい。選定するワインも言わずもがな。価格はイタリアンの中ではちょっと割高な程度ですが、この内容だったら大満足。
すぐ隣にあるroku（ロクさん。フレンチ）は、味は一級、割安な価格設定、温かみのある接客・サービスで、常時ほぼ満席という状況を鑑みると、ここ数年で参宮橋駅にオープンした店はどれもこれもすごいですね。
merachiさんがイタリアンの中だと今年トップかなと思っていましたが、越えました。
◆シェフについて
シェフの小川氏はイタリアの名店等で7年間修業した後、帰国。その後、目黒の食べログ百目店にも選ばれたイタリアン「リナシメント」でシェフを勤めた後、オルケストラのシェフに。
支配人の矢島氏は、モナリザ、カノビアーノ東京、アイコニック（ひらまつ）、カゲロウプリュス、リース等で支配人、ソムリエを歴任した方。
スーシェフの菅野氏はSacccapau（サッカパウ）でスーシェフを勤めた方。
みなさん、名だたる名店の経歴を持ったスペシャリスト集団という感じでしょうか。
◆お店の雰囲気・外観
参宮橋駅からは徒歩2分ほど。2023年9月にオープンしただけあって、キレイな外観・内観です。無駄なインテリア等はなく、とんねるずの木梨憲武のアートとかが適度に飾っております。予約時間際には支配人が店頭に立って案内してます。
店内はカウンター8席ほどのこじんまりとした感じ。窯で何かしら炙ったようなスモーキーな香りが充満しています。BGMは終始オーケストラ。
お客さんは一言で言うとOMAKASEチック。パパ活カップル的な方々、美食家っぽいグループ客など。美食家っぽいグループには、支配人やシェフが入れ替わり挨拶に来ております。きっと有名な方々なのでしょう。終始、大きな声で「やっぱり〇〇地方（イタリア）の料理は△△でなきゃね」や「このワイン、×××でしか見たことないわ」と賑やかw。我が家みたい。
ちなみに、ドレスコードの厳しい制限は無さげな印象。
