Chef[Chef/Shinji Ogawa] Utilizing his experience to the fullest to deliver original cuisine
Born in 1987, from Nagasaki Prefecture. After graduating from Tsuji Gakuen Culinary and Confectionery College, he experienced French cooking at ``Nagasaki Huis Ten Bosch'' and moved to Italy in 2012. After working at a trattoria and one Michelin star Strada Facendo, he worked at Ristorante San Domenico, which had two Michelin stars for 45 consecutive years, for five years, serving as sous chef for the latter half. After returning to Japan, he worked for Rinascimento in Meguro, and contributed to Gault & Millau publications in 2019 and 2020. Became independent as a traveling chef and became our restaurant's chef in 2023.

Raviolo is the signature dish of Ristorante San Domenico, which has been awarded two Michelin stars for 45 consecutive years, where Chef Shinji Ogawa served as sous chef. The pasta is made in front of the customer, starting from rolling it out. Enjoy the combination of thin pasta and soft-boiled egg yolk, and the scent of truffle and burnt butter.

Our manager, who has worked as a manager and sommelier at various Restaurants including Michelin restaurants, has used his experience to select wines that go well with each and every dish at our restaurant. We offer a wide range of lineups, from high-quality natural wines carefully selected by sommeliers with a long history of dealing with natural wines, to Champagne, Burgundy, and aged sake, without being particular about Italian products. Tea pairings are also available, so even those who don't drink can enjoy the marriage of food and drink.
