The chef at our restaurant is ToshiAkama, who has trained in Restaurants around the world. The ingredients we use are carefully selected and delivered directly from farms, ranches, and fishing ports across the country. By cooking carefully selected ingredients packed with seasonal charms of Japan using spices from all over the world and charcoal, we bring out the aroma and flavor of the ingredients themselves to the fullest. Enjoy dishes that delicately express the chef's worldview in our seasonal ``Dinner Course'' and ``Lunch Course.''

We offer a selection of wines from around the world, mainly natural wines, to accompany your course meal. In the pairing course, you can enjoy wine, sake, shochu, and a variety of other alcoholic beverages unique to Japan, along with creative dishes. Non-alcoholic pairings are also available. Enjoy original drinks made with seasonal fruits, tea, and spices, inspired by the aroma and taste of the alcohol pairings, along with our signature dishes.

Our store, located quietly in the back of a complex, is a hideaway for adults where you can spend a calm time even though it is located near the station. The cave-like interior, inspired by a wine cellar, was designed by Atsushi Nagata of Milestone, the same as ``Kabi''. Not only can you have a special day with your lover or friends, but you can also have a group of up to 8 people sitting at a table. Enjoy your meal while listening to jazz, ambient music, etc. in a restaurant filled with the scent of charcoal and spices.
ChefA combination of an owner sommelier and a chef who have both trained at famous restaurants
The owner, sommelier Naoto Takeuchi, gained experience as a sommelier at the 3-star Restaurants ``L'Efervéçons'' and the 1-star restaurant ``Kabi'' before going independent. [Ukiyo] opened in 2023. The owner invited ToshiAkama, a chef from Canada. He is a talented up-and-coming chef who has trained at famous restaurants around the world, including Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. We use different spices with excellent technique and flair to provide original dishes.
