"Uozakabo Sensu" is an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located on the extension of Nakadori-gai, Nishiogi-Minamiguchi, which extends from the south exit of Nishi-Ogikubo Station. When you order "bottled beer", you get two types of appetizers. I wanted to eat fish that day, so I ordered the "3 piece fresh fish platter". The sashimi includes "mackerel," "red sea bream," and "yellowtail." Everything is fresh and delicious! Especially the "final mackerel" is amazing! ^^ After that, I switched to Japanese sake and drank it all down with ``Motsuni'' and ``Salt-grilled Domestic Chicken Thigh''. "Motsuni" contains tofu. The broth is slightly sweet and has a gentle taste. "Domestic chicken thigh grilled with salt" is carefully grilled, moist and delicious! ^^ All the dishes were carefully prepared and it was a high quality Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). It's a good shop!
