We purchase seafood from Toyosu Market, and vegetables directly from the farm or by walking around the Tokyo metropolitan area in search of organic and pesticide-free vegetables. At the end of the day
......on an important anniversary...it's only natural that the food will be delicious for the customers who decide to eat at our restaurant at that moment. Furthermore, it is our pride that our products are good for the body and soothing. We take pride in purchasing seafood that is comparable to famous stores in the city. 80% of the vegetables we use are organic or pesticide-free.
