After finishing my rehabilitation on Saturday, I decided to visit the store for lunch. When I took the elevator to the second floor and looked inside, all but one seat at the counter was occupied. Most of the ladies seemed to be Neri madams. The only old men are me and two others. I slipped into the last seat and first of all I campaigned for Akaboshi! I ordered the Salmon Saikyoyaki Gozen from the lunch menu. As the title suggests, this is a one-off operation, and the owner is Daido! We set the table just in time for Akaboshi to evaporate! A heart-warming meal. Kurakake beans are soaked in beans, and the broth is delicious and gentle to the touch. Tsukudani, a nice salted plum that is neither too sweet nor too spicy. White eggplant? Boiled and served with soup stock? The salad wrapped in shredded Katsura daikon radish and the accompanying dressing are also delicious! The fillet of Japanese mackerel marinated in Saikyo pickles is quite thick and thrilling. The sweetness of the miso and the rice seem to go well with the sticky rice! Chawan mushi, freshly cooked rice, and miso soup with fish stock. Finished drinking hojicha. Thank you for the meal. If you understand the one-off surgery and have a relaxed mind, this is a very good shop that is frequented by Neri Madam! Next time I want to come and enjoy the evening part!
