At our restaurant, we are not only particular about our meat and seafood, but also use fresh, seasonal vegetables purchased from local farmers in Nerima, such as Ominoen and Takahashi Farm. We prepare dishes that bring out the deliciousness of the ingredients to the fullest, and above all, add the essence of ``surprise'' and ``impression'' for our customers to enjoy. The course contents and menu change depending on the season and the day's purchase, so please look forward to your visit.

My older brother moved to Italy at a young age and spent five years honing his skills at Michelin-starred restaurants in Florence, Turin, Sicily, and other locations. After returning to Japan, he used his skills at Italian Cuisine in Tokyo, and went to our father's restaurant with his younger brother, who had honed his skills at famous Italian Cuisine in Tokyo. The up-and-coming chef brothers, who cherish the hospitality and warmth of the long-loved Ristorante Caldo while creating unexpected and innovative dishes, will continue to protect and evolve Oizumi Gakuen's famous restaurant.

We also have semi-private rooms that can accommodate 7 or more people, and a kids menu that allows you to enjoy your meal with peace of mind even with small children. Please feel free to contact us regarding reservation availability.
