きらきら輝く看板が目を引きます。
中に入ると、「靴を脱いでそのままお上がりください。」とのスタッフさんからの声掛けが。
店内はすべて畳敷きで、席は掘りごたつスタイルになっています。これは楽ち~~~~~ん!
滞在中リラックスして飲食を楽しむことが出来ます。
メニューは男爵(店長さん)考案のどれもおいしいものばかり。
特に、素材や味付けの塩にこだわり、そして炭で焼き上げる本格的な焼き鳥・串はどれも絶品です。
個人的なおすすめは、ジューシーで歯触りも抜群な「ハツ」、口に入れた瞬間とろける濃厚な「白レバー(わさびがgood!)」、これでもかというほどチーズがたっぷりで思わずにやけちゃう「チーズP」です。
お酒はちょっと単価高いですが、幅広くそろえてあり、特に焼き鳥に合うワインが月替わりくらいのペースで
用意されていて、舌の肥えた紳士淑女でも満足できるお店です。
