At our restaurant, we use live eel that we purchase directly every morning. Kanto-style eel is extremely fresh and is steamed and then grilled until it is soft and fluffy. The eel, which is slowly grilled in the "secret sauce" that has been added to the restaurant since its founding, is exquisite. A popular menu item is ``Tokujo Unajyu,'' which is filled with high-quality eel. The exquisite harmony of sweet and spicy sauce and juicy eel goes well with white rice. We have various sizes of ``Unaju'', so please choose according to your budget.
