【牛骨らぁ麺マタドール】
・東京 : 北千住駅東口から徒歩
・予算 : ￥1,000～￥1,500
数年前から行ってみたかった北千住の「牛骨らぁ麺マタドール」さんへ。
ここで食べたかったのは豪快な自家製ローストビーフが乗った「贅沢焼牛らぁ麺」だったので醤油スープにするか塩スープにするか悩んだのですが、はしごだったのでさっぱりなイメージの塩スープに決定！
しかしこの決断が失敗だったのかまずは自家製ローストビーフと国産牛バラに味玉は美味しかったのですが、全粒粉のストレート麺も風味は良かったものの柔らかすぎましたし、牛骨等いろんな食材30品以上を煮込んだというスープも薄味すぎて味が物足りなかったです。
店員さんは最近は一人ですべて営業しているようで繁盛しており大変だと言っておりましたし、人柄もよく謙虚な方だったので尚更ラーメン自体がもう少しといった感じで残念でした。
ただこれに負けじ次回は代表格？で見た目的に味がしっかりしてそうな醤油スープに挑戦してみたいです！！
