Our Restaurants has an edible garden called Jindaiji Garden. In the summer, many herbs and plants grow thickly, and the various scents that can only be felt at this time of year tickle your nostrils. We do not spray herbicides or insect repellents, so insects coexist with us. Insect bites are a must, especially from the rainy season until late autumn. We provide homemade insect repellent, but we recommend that you bring a jacket that you can wear to avoid exposing your skin. |

ChefCHEF Kazuki Ishimatsu
Born in 1988. Born in Tokyo. After graduating from Ecole Tsuji France High School, he worked at several Restaurants in Tokyo, including Restaurants KM, and moved to Australia in 2015. Studied under Chef Dan Hunter at Brae, one of the most advanced Restaurants in the world, located on a 120,000 square meter property located about an hour's drive from downtown Melbourne, Australia. . In 2017, he joined Maruta's Restaurants project and became a chef.
SpaceEdible garden in the courtyard
At Jindaiji Garden, where herbs and fruit trees are grown adjacent to Restaurants, you and your guests can grill and eat the vegetables you have harvested over a wood fire on the terrace facing the courtyard, or process them into preserved foods. We plan to jointly plan and hold workshops and events with GreenWise, which is also our management organization, to expand the circle of empathy based on the theme. We will operate a platform that realizes a life where people and nature are connected through spaces and cuisine that pleasantly stimulate the wild.
