We use a blended soup stock that combines the refined flavor of bonito flakes and the richness and depth of mackerel flakes in a proportion determined through years of experience. Our recommended menu items include the fluffy ``Dashi-maki Tamago'' that melts on your tongue, made with plenty of our special stock, and ``Freshly-cooked earthenware pot rice'' with Oyster or sea bream, which are cooked to order. is. We also have banquet courses. We offer carefully selected shochu and sake that go well with our Creative Cuisine.
