A delicious Seafood Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in the basement of Seiseki Sakuragaoka
I had some business in Seiseki-Sakuragaoka, so on my way back I stopped by a recommended Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). I sat at the counter in front of the chef and first requested a warm sake, a glass of Kochi no Minami Tokubetsu Honjozo. The appetizers were yellowtail belly, five-color pickled spinach, and squid dressed in vinegar and miso, which was a winner just by itself (lol). I could drink more and more sake! The second glass was Kamei Junmai Ginjo, and the third glass was Saku Junmai Ginjo Waetsu. For snacks, I had seared horse mackerel, boiled spear squid, and red sea cucumber vinegar, which was just right for one person. The fourth glass was Kagiya Junmai Ginjo Fukuro Tsuri, my 414th bottle. It was my first time in Seiseki-Sakuragaoka and I came across a delicious Izakaya (Japanese-style bar).

On a chilly night, I went to an underground Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Seiseki Sakuragaoka and started off with a hot sake of Minami Tokubetsu Honjozo. I ate and drank a lot today.
