Dinner on the Food Miyako Tottori Prefecture Monitor Tour was Inadaya. I once drank an alcoholic beverage called Top Suirai in Sakaiminato, which led me to visit Inadaya in Otemachi as a BM. I never thought I would be able to visit the Yonago store, so it was a happy coincidence. Inata Hime seems to be the most famous brand from outside the prefecture, and the alcohol served this time was more Inata Hime than Top Suirai. The food menu was also a special pairing menu, and we ate the following.・Ito bonito with spicy rape blossoms ・Assortment of local liquor appetizers ・Assortment of 3 types ・Tottori Wagyu beef olein 55 Steak ・Fried chicken of Babachan (Tanakagenge) ・Dried sandfish overnight ・Red crab shellfish with nuta dressing ・Oyama soba ( Zaru Soba) ・Homemade Strawberry Daifuku The alcoholic beverages I drank were as follows.・Junmai Daiginjo Inatahime is strong ・Junmai Sake Inatahime is strong ・Junmai Ginjo Inatahime is strong ・Super special Daiginjo Kasudahime ・Honjozo Daikarakuchi Hoki Inadama ・Junmaishu Top Torai ・Good Junmai Inatahime - Junmai Ginjo Wadahime Eight sakes were served, but since they all came out one go at a time, I asked for half a go. If I'm not good at it, I'll end up drinking 1 sho of sake, but since I drink a lot of cold sake, it's impossible. The dishes that left an impression on me were the seaweed, fried Babachan (astragalus), Olein 55 Steak, and Daisen soba. Ita wakame is dried wakame that can be eaten crispy as is. It makes a pretty good snack for sake. The atmosphere was good and we had a fun meal. Thank you for the meal.
