山陰の美味しい食材をお目当てに伺いました。
あらかじめお席を予約してから伺いましたが、店内には多くのお客様で予約していて正解でした。
小上がりの半個室はゆったり座れて良いですね。
まずは山陰のクラフトビールの大山Ｇビールで乾杯です。
香ばしく香る美味しいビール。
お造りの5種盛りは白イカ、真鯛、すずき、赤水、鰆たたきです。
赤水はキジハタのことですが、上品な脂の白身のお魚でした。
あとは日本酒です。地酒が豊富なのが嬉しい。
千代むすび純米大吟醸強力と、日置桜の山装うひやおろし。
どちらも飲み口よくシャープな印象。
スッと後味よくお食事にも合います。
お食事は鳥取和牛、のどぐろ焼き、大山どりと鳥取名物を一揃えでいただきました。
どちらも丁寧なお仕事が見えてこちらのお店を選んで間違いなかったです。
