前々から噂を聞いていた暫欣亭さんを法事で利用しました。
こちらのご主人は温海(あつみ)温泉の萬国屋(ばんこくや)で料理長をつとめた方と聞いています。
料理は期待にたがわないものでした。

ここの板さんは、某有名旅館の料理長をつとめた人で、その腕前は折紙つきです。
当然仕入れる素材も鋭く吟味されていて、地のもの・旬のものが最高の料理になって供されます。
