山形県鶴岡市に店を構える「アル・ケッチァーノ」さんに伺いました。
車で向かったのですが、「鶴岡料金所」から１５分程で到着しました。
平屋の大きく立派な建物ととても広い駐車場で場所は直ぐに分かりました。
店内はテーブル席のみで席と席の間合いも広いです。
そして一面の窓からは緑の田園風景、空、山が見え景色にほっこりします。
こちらは地元の食材を使ったイタリアンが人気のお店で
『ゴ・エ・ミヨ 2023』では２トックを獲得されました。
今回いただいた内容は以下の通りとなります。
○ただ茶豆のスープ
○庄内浜からの平目のカルパッチョ シブレット カラスミ、
庄内産とんぶり、春巻きの皮を揚げたもの
○バイ貝のブルゴーニュ風、エスカルゴバター
○宝谷カブの間引きのペペロンチーノ 庄内豚のベーコン
○羽黒の丸山さんの羊のロースト
○塩とミルクのアイス パンナコッタ 葡萄 サングリアソース
○あるけっ茶
写真を載せましたが、デザート以外は全て地元野菜が使われています。
最初に提供された「スープ」。ただ茶豆はクセがありますが、このクセを控えめにして旨味を引き出しているのはプロでなければできないなと思います。
「ペペロンチーノ」こちらも地元食材をふんだんに使った一品。野菜の味が濃いので全体的にしっかりした味わいになっていました。
