We had a wonderful and happy time, different from counter dining in the city, with not only the food but also the atmosphere, hospitality, decoration and location. We were told at the beginning that vegetables were the main focus, and that was not the case at all. For the amuse bouche, we had venison Croquette, ark shell with Prosciutto and caviar, asparagus with lamb prosciutto, pheasant in the Brussels sprout pot-au-feu, peanuts and foie gras, nameko mushroom risotto with pigeon, truffles on top, Shimonita leeks with octopus cooked in three different ways, the main dish was wood-grilled, the fish was star aniseed, the meat was Fuefuki City Koshu beef, and all the vegetables were cooked as well. We were impressed by the essence of the food, Restaurants and the couple's spirit.
