Hitsumabushi, a Nagoya specialty filled with the finest eel, is our specialty. We also have many other a la carte dishes such as ``Umaki''. In summer, we serve wild sweetfish caught in the Nagara River. Ayu, also called ``fragrant fish,'' has a good aroma, is pure white, and has a moderately elastic flesh that is moist and sweet. We also have wild tiger blowfish available from October to the end of March. The best months are November and December. We recommend "Tessa" where you can enjoy the original flavor of blowfish. It is characterized by its light and plump texture, and the more you chew, the more delicious it becomes, making it a must-try dish.

We offer a wide variety of drinks that are easy to drink, including beer, sake, and whisky. We have a wide selection of shochu, including famous sake such as ``Tominohozan'' and ``Sato Kuro.''
