``Wakasa Beef'' is black Wagyu beef with a clean fat that is raised near the hills and fed Fukui Prefecture feed. Cooking over a wood fire, which is a primitive cooking method as a heat source, creates a rich flavor. It has a unique smoky aroma that seems to touch the human origins. We have 5 tables for 2 people made of custom-made cedar from Fukui Prefecture. You can enjoy the cooking process with all five senses, such as the sound of the flickering fire and the aroma, while watching the chef operate the wood fire in the open kitchen, which has an attractive sense of distance from the kitchen.
