使う店は あまり知らない
手延べうどんが食べれるとSNS情報で知ったので 早速
行く事にしたのは 1月9日(成人の日) 場所はそんなに遠く
はない 福岡市東区原田 自宅から23キロのナビ表示
人気店と聞いてるので 早めに行かねば 開店前の到着
お店が開くのを入り口で待たれる客の後ろに並ぶ
直ぐに開いたので 席に座りメニューを見てみる
ごぼう天でもざるうどんでも良かったけど 寿司のセット
メニューが有るのに気づく これにしよう
⚫︎寿司ざるうどんセット＝1199円 税込をお願いする
次から次にと来られる客で あっと言う間に満席になる
少し時間を要するのは 圧力釜で茹でてるせいと思う
10分程待って用意されたセットの料理 お皿に盛られた
玉子焼 海老 鯛 鮪2貫 赤エビ 真イカ(スルメ) 鰤の8貫の
寿司はサビ入りでお願いしてた マシーンで握られたシャリ
の上に ちょこんとのせてるネタは薄くはない 鮮度に関して
は普通かな うどんの店で寿司を期待するのは駄目でしょ
うどんのついでに食べる サイドメニューと思わなけれは
お腹空いてたので 美味しくは食べれた
笊に盛られた手延べのうどん コシは感じない もっちりと
言うか むっちりとした口触りの噛み応え 麺に節が見られる
正に手延べの麺 つゆが少し辛口 鰹と鯖の風味感じるも昆布
椎茸の味は感じない 薬味のワサビとネギを入れ ３回位啜る
と馴染んできたつゆ 麺のボリュームが多いのか 全部食べ
たら お腹は膨れてしまった
この むっちり麺で 温かなごぼう天うどん食べたいと思い
店を後にする 良い店を教えてもらった
また 来てみたいと思わせてくれたお店です
