Our predecessor restaurant opened in December 1999 and closed at the end of August 2015. After that, we gained more experience in other business formats and reopened our current restaurant at the end of March 2021 with renewed enthusiasm! We have kept the name, but restaurant content has been upgraded. On my way home from Nada Onsen, I found myself wandering up the Jizo statue stairs. There is a place where you can drink Heartland, which is only known to those in the know. They have a great selection of shochu, and the sake selection includes Hiroki, Tengumai, and Daishichi, all of which are delicious. The awamori is well-prepared for sake only, such as allowing it to sit slowly with water and drinking it hot.
