薩摩郷土料理のキビナゴ、さつま揚げや、とんこつなど、他県の方にも食べやすく味付けされた名品の数々。地元出身なのに、今まで存じ上げなかったことを後悔しました。また、お邪魔します。
こちらは1933年に開業された鹿児島らしい料理を頂ける割烹です。
開業当時の屋号は「サンヱー」と称し、
「料理」「酒」「サービス」の三つともが
「ヱー(良い)」との思いを込めて付けられたそうです...
