仕事関係者と行くことになり予約した時点でイカの刺身もお願いしました。イカの刺身はコリコリして噛めば噛むほど甘味が増してきます。ワサビも自ら擦りおろしをするタイプでちゃんとしています。生姜醤油で良く食べますがこのワサビはどの刺身にも合いますね。時期的にカワハギと生トリガイがあり生トリガイは私の大好物で今年初なので嬉しかったです。この時期の生トリガイは最強ですね。カワハギは肝醤油が少しアレンジしていてかなり良い肝醤油。濃厚だけど後味が良く臭みが無くこれは中々ですね。
生でも充分美味しいカキを昆布を下に敷いて焼いて頂きましたが香りがとてもよく口の中一杯旨味が広がります。生げその天ぷらも鮮烈でげそ好きにはたまらない一品。最後にカワハギのあら汁を頂きましたが酔いが一気に醒める美味しさでこの味噌汁絶品です。この界隈ではネタが一番良いんじゃないかなと思えるお店でした。
