Owner-chef Shingo Fukumuro has been involved in cooking since he was a child, helping his mother who runs a restaurant. My interest in food grew and I chose to become a chef. I started my career as a French cuisine chef and pastry chef in 2001, and after gaining experience at a Japanese-style meal restaurant, I moved to a Teppan-yaki restaurant that works by introduction. Then, in April 2019, [Teppanyaki Fukumuro] opened. Today, he continues to demonstrate his skills with the motto of ``Creating dishes that convey the thoughts of the creator to the tasters.''
