Inheriting the lineage of the famous blowfish restaurant "Kappo Yamadaya," we operate as [Kappo Nozuki] on Benten Street in Kannai with the aim of inheriting the taste and creating new ones. We welcome our customers with seasonal gourmet food and carefully selected alcoholic beverages. We offer carefully prepared dishes that bring out the maximum flavor of the ingredients and make use of the blessings of the four seasons. While dealing with a variety of ingredients every day, we continue to work hard to hone our skills together with our craftsmen. Please spend quality time in a relaxing space.

We offer a variety of eel dishes using fresh domestic eel, including those from Isshiki Town in Aichi Prefecture. We handle each fish while it's still alive and carefully cook it, from skewering it to par-grilling it, steaming it, and grilling it. Eels come in different sizes and origins. The ingredients are steamed and baked according to each material, carefully inspected by a craftsman. This dish is sweetened with Kumamoto red sake so as not to overpower the meat, and is finished with a sauce made from unglazed bones. We carefully select conger eel from Awaji, and ayu from Wakayama and Gifu.

The interior of the restaurant is built using plain wood as its main theme, creating a warm and calming atmosphere. Partitions have been installed at the table seats, so it can be used as a fully private or semi-private room for up to 8 people. There are large windows and an open space. We also have spacious counter seats where you can enjoy the cooking and finishing process right in front of you. Please relax and enjoy your stay. We also accept reserved for 15 to 32 people. Ideal for entertaining, business dinners, and special occasions.

We have prepared a course where you can fully enjoy blowfish sashimi, fried chicken, and more. Please enjoy a beautiful dish prepared by a skilled craftsman who holds a license as a blowfish knife maker. There are 9 types of courses, which you can choose according to the occasion. There are 10 to 15 brands of sake carefully selected by the head chef that go well with the food. We purchase items on a case-by-case basis. We also recommend ``Fugu Hire Sake,'' which is made from grilled tiger blowfish fins, and ``Zuzuri Sake,'' which allows you to taste the richness of the beak, which is different from the fin.
