京都の金閣寺の方に来ていてランチしました。
鰻を食べたいと色々探しましたが休みだったりでここに来ました。
仁和寺から歩いて7、8分ですね。
駐車場はなさそうです。
小さなお店です。
松茸の土瓶蒸し付江戸焼き鰻のひつまぶしを頼みました。
ひつまぶし(半分)と土瓶蒸しのセットです。季節限定、5000円。
しばらくしてきました。
鰻は関東風です。関西でも関東風が増えています。蒸してあるから早く出せるからで別にこだわりがあるわけではありません。
蒸してあってヤワヤワですね。
皮のパリッと感はなし。うなぎの量もやっぱり少ないし、そもそも小さいです。
ご飯も柔らかいです。鰻には合わない。
土瓶蒸し
松茸は程々に入ってます。
香りは悪くないです。

ミツバなどが入ってました。
この土瓶蒸しの汁をうなぎにかけて薬味とか乗せてひつまぶしにします。
味変にはなりますね。
