~Delicious Japanese sake that a sake master wants to convey~ The owner, Hiroyuki Sato, is a sake master. He is always passionate about sake and shochu, and whenever he finds time, he visits breweries all over Japan. Because I love it, I want to share its charm with everyone. 駅置きのフリーペーパーの広告でよく目にする。地酒好きを自認する者として一度は行かなければと思うほど全国の銘酒が充実しているようだ。しかも、マスターがきき酒師の上位資格である“酒匠”の肩書きを持つ。
カウンター8~9席、テーブル2台8席のこぢんまりとした店内。カウンター正面の壁全面が造り付けの戸棚になっていて、皿、コップ、調理機器などのごちゃごちゃした物は客の目に一切入らない。カウンター、テーブル、戸棚を白木で統一したお洒落な日本酒バーといった趣だ。

日本酒1杯は7勺。丸みを帯びたコップで頂いた。価格は約500~700円とリーズナブル。何を飲んだらよいか迷ったら好みをマスターに告げれば選んでくれそうな雰囲気。
マスターが忙しそうなときは、入口脇の黒板に味わい別、産地別に名前が書かれているので、参考にしたら良い。このサービスも入店後すぐのウコン茶サービスも初体験。酒匠のいる日本酒バーはどこか違う。流石だ。
