Homemade Champon that are proud of their texture, aroma, and taste, which were created through trial and error in order to find the noodles that best match Japanese-style vegetable champon. We make only the amount we will use each day at our in-store noodle making factory. The president himself is in charge of making the noodles, which can be said to be the lifeblood of Utano Champon. It is characterized by the three steps of steaming, boiling, and frying the freshly made noodles on a griddle. In particular, frying on an iron plate at the end is Utano's unique manufacturing method, and this is what creates the unique "texture, aroma, and taste."

Utano was founded in 1976, and was inherited by the current second-generation owner who was a big fan of Utano's "Japanese-style vegetable Champon" from the first owner who continued to preserve the Utano flavor for about 40 years in Kitahama, Beppu. did. Originally, ``Utano's Japanese-style Vegetable Champon'' was born out of a request that ``I wanted to eat hot soup after drinking.'' It has a gentle texture and a firm body. We continue to preserve the traditional taste inherited from our predecessors.
