I visited this restaurant in December last year, when the declaration was lifted, albeit with shortened hours. The restaurant faces a bustling shopping street near Higashi Umeda, and the person I was with chose this restaurant after looking at its website. Being from Nagoya, I couldn't help but comment, "Even though you're from Nagoya, you don't have to choose 'Nagoya Cochin' in Osaka!" (laughs) When I got there, I was like, "Ah! (･_･;" I had been here before when it had a different name and didn't have a very good impression of it. Inside, the interior is almost the same. The lighting is dim, there are fish tanks, and you can feel the passage of time in places. A friendly waiter guided me to a semi-private room, which was small. I sensed something was wrong with the appetizer and didn't order the "Nagoya Cochin". What other people have written was mostly correct (^◇^;) If the reviews were sorted by the month of visit, you could read the most recent ones first. Although they said it would be exactly 2 hours, when there was only a little time left, there were various misunderstandings and it turned into a competitive eating contest for both of them. They naturally ate in silence (＾∀＾) Yeah hahahaha I'm grateful that you helped provide conversation for someone I hadn't seen in a long time d(￣ ￣)It was fun in some ways. Restaurants have had a really hard time during the coronavirus pandemic, and people won't recover quickly, so I'm sure it's still difficult for them... but please do your best.
