Mr. Inoue turned from a record collector to a chef at the age of 30. After 3 years of training at Taimeiken, a long-established Western Western Cuisine in Nihonbashi, I was trained for 8 years at NARISAWA, one of Japan's leading Restaurants. In February 2019, he opened ``RESTAURANTSALT'' in the chef's hometown of Urawa, Saitama Prefecture. Surrender yourself to the music selected by the chef and a welcoming atmosphere, and enjoy free modern French French cuisine that delights both your eyes and your heart.

Ingredients such as vegetables, grains, and meat are carefully selected by visiting producers in Saitama Prefecture and carefully selecting the best ingredients of the season. With a desire to spread the word about local ingredients, we offer a variety of simple yet powerful dishes that take advantage of the unique characteristics of the ingredients. Among them, our specialty, ``Charcoal-grilled Fukaya Negi'', is a dish that resembles ``3D art'' and was arrived at through trial and error. We will deliver a blissful moment where you can enjoy food, music, and art with all five senses.

The wine list has around 40 varieties, with recommended reds such as Savigny-les-Beaune, which has a rich and soft taste, and Lorts Classic Blanc, which has a rich and acidic white flavor. In addition, the ``Pairing Course'' where you can enjoy wine and sake is available from 3,000 yen. You can enjoy the marriage of each dish. We also have a wide selection of beer, whiskey, and more, regardless of genre.
