この度は最も仲の良い仲間と比良山荘さんにお伺いしました。
久しぶりの訪問は雪の残る寒い日となりました。

熊肉は真っ白で一見脂がキツそうに見えますが、全然脂っこくなくて甘めでクセが無くガツガツ食べられます。
