旨い魚を食べたいならこの店、グループのあるお店は仕入れから納品まで強い流通経路を持っているから、流通量の少ない天然南マグロも入ってくる
アルコール2杯、天然南マグロ盛り合わせ、まぐろの酒盗チーズ、まぐろの酢モツ、砂肝コリコリ揚げ、ホタルイカ沖漬け、長崎岩牡蠣、おにぎりを注文、1人6000円、適切な価格
緑茶割りは、清水「両河内茶」と静岡「本山茶」で焼酎を割ったもの、両河内はサッパリ飲みやすく、本山はズッシリ濃厚、いずれも最高
マグロ盛り合わせは圧巻、やはり存在感バツグンなのは天然南マグロ、上質な脂と力のある赤身で、天然モノは甘みが違う
タタキ、赤身、中トロ、大トロが盛り合わされていて、山葵も本格的、ダイヤモンドのような光沢が良い
酢モツと酒盗チーズも見事だった、癖の強い品だが、濃厚な味わいゆえ、お酒が進むったらないね
長崎岩牡蠣は大ぶりで栄養たっぷり、レモンをかけてサッパリいただく、濃厚な旨味とコクが詰まりまくっている、流石海のミルク
砂肝とホタルイカも良かった、特筆すべきものはないが、レベルは普通に高い、薬味が多かったり、一工夫凝らされている
そしてずば抜けていたのは魚ではなく、おにぎり、具材は少ないが、米と海苔が異常にウマイ、フワッフワのお米と海苔
炊き方なのかな?新米なのか?こんなに美味しいお米は久々に食べた、これと刺身で十分満足できたな、いいお店だ
