静岡市内に店を構える完全予約制のレストラン「SINQ」さんに伺いました。
2018年9月にオープンしています。
アクセスは、東海道新幹線、東海道本線が乗入れている静岡駅が最寄り駅になります。
国道から路地を入った人宿町通りに面して建つ「KADO」1階です。
店内は、特別感のあるおしゃれな空間です。
白木のカウンター席からは、料理人のライブ感を楽しめます。
静岡ならではの厳選した食材を炭火と発酵を五感で味わえます。
また、店内のワインセラーには、シェフ自ら厳選したワインが並べられています。
