After graduating from culinary school, he started his career in his hometown of Shizuoka. After training in various parts of the prefecture, including the central, western, and eastern regions, he opened "SINQ" after becoming independent at the age of 39. Our restaurant offers Creative Cuisine that carefully reflect the producers' wishes and express them in delicate dishes. The chef's wish is to "enjoy our customers while thinking about the possibilities of food." Utilizing his background as a bartender, he offers a new dining experience with carefully selected drinks.

You can choose to sit at the counter seating made from a single wooden board or at a table in a completely private room. We have a wide selection of wines, including natural wines and classic brands, selected to go well with your meal. We also offer homemade enzyme drinks made from fruits and herbs, as well as mocktails made with Shizuoka tea. These drinks are gentle on the body and blend well with your meal.
