I visited this place a while ago. The name of the restaurant is fashionable and reads "Bayside Sakura Orionsushi" (米菜°sakura織音寿し). I like "Yamagata Sandandero," which is located in the same Ginza area and has a Yamagata Prefecture antenna store attached, so I made a reservation for a visit because I smelled the same lineage. When I went there and asked the owner about it, he told me that it was also affiliated with the same restaurant. I was a little happy to see that the bagna cauda and fish a la carte dishes in between the Sushi were similar to those at Yamagata Sandandelo. The main dish Sushi is a different Sushi served with oil and salt, but it's not a subpar dish, it's a nice and sharp change. You will be entertained with a variety of different o Sushi than usual. To be honest, there are some flavors that I don't like... but in total, it is a great place where you can enjoy the taste and be surprised. In general, the combination of citrus oils is a good one, and the one that I personally found a bit of a weakness was the almond one.... Also, the celery gari served with the dish was so good that I asked for a second helping even though I don't like celery. And I was satisfied until the last Sweets. We happened to be seated with a gathering of people in the entertainment industry, so it was a bit noisy, but they were all polite and not conceited, so we didn't pay attention to them and pretended not to notice them. Yamagata Sandandero is good, but I recommend this one as well.
