The photo is of Ise lobster irori-yaki, a long-standing specialty. Lobster, which has been valued as a lucky charm since ancient times, is carefully prepared by ``sashimi'', steaming, and grilling. The owner himself has visited Ise lobsters all over the country, and you can eat lobsters delivered directly from producers in Kii Nagashima fishing port in Mie prefecture, Misaki fishing port in Kanagawa prefecture, Kochi, Nagasaki, and Minami Izu, all in Tokyo. This is a rare shop that you can't find anywhere else. It is used for a wide variety of occasions, including celebrations, dinner parties, entertaining guests, and people from overseas.

A back parlor in Ginza. If you go down the main street into an alley and knock on the door on the second floor of a hidden building, you will find ``Robata''. Views of ``hearth,'' ``traditional pottery,'' and ``period furniture.'' Now in its 4th generation, the restaurant has adopted a modern style, but it also has a nostalgic feel to it, where you can enjoy watching the fire, looking at the dishes, and enjoying the food and conversation. We hope that you will feel comfortable and heartwarmed by this little extraordinary experience. Although we only have a counter, we are used by many medium-sized and large groups.

In addition to popular course meals, Robata Ginza Main Store also offers a la carte options. You can eat Ise lobsters in any way you like, and use them as a la carte dish or pair them with Japanese alcoholic drinks as a side dish. Details can be found in the menu section. In addition, we have collaborated with the young Bizen ware artist Takashi Baba to create a vessel exclusively for Robata (Ryashado). The strength and warmth of clay enhances the dishes that accompany the main dish, such as sake vessels, spiny lobster dishes, and Meat Dishes dishes.
