うまいうどんを食べに行こう。何処に！
今日はちょっと蒸し暑い、冷たいうどんが良かろう。
それなら稲庭うどんが最上だ。っとの事で、『佐藤養助 日比谷店』へ初訪問。
【9月の第4週】
流行り病の予防接種のため年休、平日の11時30分少し過ぎに店に到着。
先客は一名。中央の大きなテーブル席へ。
品書きを見て目的のものがあった。良かった！
我は2021年8月に久しぶりに一子相伝の稲庭うどんを銀座店で食べた。あいかわらずとてもうまかった。
その後に別の佐藤養助の店舗にカレーのつけうどんを目当てに訪問したのだがその店舗はカレーは扱っていなかった。
カレーではなかったが他のつけ汁の稲庭うどんをおいしくいただいた。
今回は目当ての
・タイカレー二味セット¥1,500
(グリーンカレー、レッドカレー)
ランチサービスとして、うどん大盛りか白ご飯が選べるとの事なので、カレーには、白ご飯！
しばらくして「タイカレー二味セット」と白ご飯が到着。うどんはツヤツヤ、ピカピカだね。
これが一子相伝の佐藤養助の稲庭うどんだ！
では、実食。
まずはグリーンカレーにつけて、つるりっと。
うん、グリーンはまろやかでそんなに辛くないね。
チキンが入っている。うまい！
では次は、レッドカレーにつけて、つるりっと。
うん、レッドはちょと辛いが、我でもぜんぜん大丈夫な辛さで海老、貝柱などが入っていて魚介の味が良く出ている。こちらもうまい！
稲庭うどんをそれぞれのカレーにどっぷりつけても、カレー汁はたっぷりある。
白ご飯をスープカレーを食べる要領でスプーンにのせて食べれば、これもまたうまい！
グリーン、レッドともにとてもうまいが、稲庭うどんにつけることにするともう少し味が強くても良いような気もするが、残ったカレー汁をそそのまま食べる(飲む)ことができる濃さなのでこれが最善の味だな。
こちらには「オリジナルカレーつけうどん」もある。名前の通り日比谷店のオリジナルメニューのようで、グリーン、レッドがこのうまさで、さらにオリジナルとは相当の自信のメニューであるに違いないので、ぜひ食べてみたい。
佐藤養助は都内に3店舗あり、メニューも価格もそれぞれ少しずつ異なっていて、どこもうまいのは当然ながら共通している。(なお、この時点では東京の佐藤養助のすべての店舗に訪問済だが、ひとつの店舗の口コミはまだしていない。)
『佐藤養助 日比谷店』が土日の昼はお休みで、平日の夜の営業はしばらくの間はお休みとなっている。
夜の営業が始まったら価格とメニューを鑑みて一子相伝の稲庭うどんを度々食べるのはこちらの店になりそうかな。
