There are many types of Inaniwa udon, but only the previous generation, the Sato Kichizaemon family, and myself, Sato Yosuke, can call it Inaniwa dried udon. The traditional techniques that have been
...passed down from father to son involve hand-making each and every udon, and it takes three days to complete. Even in this modern age of advanced civilization, we stick to traditional techniques and make udon without compromise. We want as many people as possible to know about our proud and carefully crafted udon. With that thought in mind, we continue to serve udon today.
