雪深い秋田県湯沢が生んだ名品「佐藤養助の稲庭うどん」。
1665年創業の歴史あるお店です。
以前は縁あって、何度も訪れていましたが今日久々に訪問です。
本日は東京・日比谷。
《佐藤養助》の稲庭うどん（天丼セット）1500円です。
久々訪問でメニューをすっかり忘れてましたが、
こちら稲庭うどんを純粋に味わうお店。
うどん屋さんですが
少々お値段が張る高級店でかつ、セット物等が少ないお店です。
今日はお腹が空いていたこともあって、一生懸命セット物を探すも。。。
唯一あったのがこの天丼セット。
凄い、ほっとした安堵感！！
さらに、嬉しい朗報で麺大盛無料！！
ありがたい。。。。
セット物を見つけた事や大盛が無料なことを喜んだり。。。
良い歳の大人が喜ぶポイントでにしては、情けない。。。ですね。
大人しく出来上がりを待ちます。
稲庭うどんは、冷たく冷やし食べるのが正当的な食べ方ですが
今日はとにかく寒い日。
温かい温麺としていただきます。
運ばれてきたうどんは、器の中で綺麗に盛られ上品さを醸し出してます。
柚子。三つ葉が乗ってますが、あくまでも純粋にうどんを楽しむのがこちらの食べ方。
秋田名物・いぶりがっことサラダもついてます。
お出汁が良く効いた美味しいスープ。
麺はツルン！と平打ちで喉越し良い麺。
温かいのスープなので、麺の腰は若干弱くなってなってますが
やっぱり美味しいですね！稲庭うどん。
大盛にしていただいたので、食べ応えも満点です。
カラッと揚がった天婦羅もサクサク。
甘めの丼汁が美味しい天丼。小丼なので丁度良い量です。
何気なく食べたサラダは、お店で食事をするといただける
うどんの切れ端。
一瞬マカロニサラダかな？？と思うようなツルン！とした食べ応えです。
こういう食べ方あるんですね！
いただいて自宅でやってみます。
久々食べた稲庭うどん。
今日は量を優先させて若干注文の時点から視点がブレてましたが
次回もう少し冷静に冷たい麺でいただききにお邪魔します。
