PR for restaurants |
Instead of "Inaniwa udon," we offer the ultimate hospitality with "Inaniwa dried udon."
There are many types of Inaniwa udon, but only the previous generation, the Sato Kichizaemon family, and myself, Sato Yosuke, can call it Inaniwa dried udon. The traditional techniques that have been |
I finally found Sato Yosuke's Inaniwa Udon, which I've always wanted to try, and went there. It was inside a building, so I couldn't find it as usual (--;) The restaurant was empty, and maybe because of the time of day or because it was raining, there were only two groups of customers. I ordered a set of daily Seafood Bowl and udon for 1,300 yen. A little, no, quite a bit. I thought it was just udon. After a while, it arrived. The noodles were very evenly aligned, and the shiny udon was beautiful. It was smooth even when scooped up with chopsticks. It was easy to swallow and delicious. Seafood Bowl had a refined feel, but the myoga ginger was a nice accent, and it was delicious. I can't use it on a daily basis, but it might be good for special occasions. On my way out, I saw a bent part of udon next to the register, and it said please have one, so I asked the staff and they said please, so I took it home. There was about a serving, so it might be a good way to finish off a hotpot. Thank you for the meal.
