ラウンジの一角にあるカウンターだけのスペース。
お料理の内容は省略。
レストランでの食事と言うよりは、ショーを鑑賞しに来たような
そんなひと時です。
私が来店した日は 他に海外のお客様がいらして
カウンターの中は 英語で料理を提供するコックさん
私たちの前には日本語でお料理説明をするコックさんの2人でした。
同時通訳のようで面白かったです（*^_^*）
最後にシェフがいらして、気さくに話しかけてくれました。
さすがに一流ホテルのサービス。
とても楽しい時間を過ごせました。
食事の後はラウンジでゆっくりしました。
ミラクルフルーツの麻痺を覚ますために、温かい白湯を出してくださったり
ホテルらしいサービスを味わってきました。
外食は 味だけではなく雰囲気やサービスも重要なポイントだと実感します。
